Shippiing Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for shipping, cancellations, and returns at Tastefully Baked LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”). By making a purchase through the Company’s website at https://tasteefullybaked.com or any related services, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy and our Terms of Use.


Order Processing & Lead-Times

We strive to process and fulfill your orders within 1-3 business days. However, delays may occur, extending processing time up to 5-7 business days or longer. Please note that the estimated time to ship reflects order processing time and not delivery time. 


Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST, excluding Federal Holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.


Please ensure that your address and contact information are accurate at the time of order placement. Failed delivery attempts and returned shipments due to incorrect information will be considered non-refundable.


Carriers

Depending on the product category and location, we may use different shipping methods, including but not limited to services from the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).

Lost Packages / Undelivered Items

The Company is not responsible for lost or undelivered shipments once the order has been processed, marked as shipped, and a tracking number has been provided. If your package is lost or undelivered, you must complete the missing mail order process with the respective carrier.


PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO boxes. If a PO box is provided as the shipping address, this may result in order delays or cancellations. Our Customer Support team may contact you to request an alternate shipping address. The Company reserves the right to cancel orders unilaterally if a valid shipping address is not provided.


Tracking

You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order is shipped in separate packages using different carriers. This is part of our effort to consolidate shipping and find the most efficient and cost-effective method to deliver your order.


State Restrictions

We currently ship domestically within the United States where permitted by law. Due to state laws governing hemp-derived THC, we are unable to ship most products to the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Carolina, Utah.


Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of receiving the confirmation of receipt for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped and/or marked as fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, even if the cancellation request is made within the 6-hour window.

Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns. Items returned will not be accepted for credit for any reason. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact Customer Support at contact@tastefullybaked.com immediately.


Replacement

If your order arrives incorrectly or the products do not match the description, you must notify Customer Support within 14 days of receipt. Please include your order confirmation number, images of the items received, and a description of the issue. If we determine that the items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, we will send replacement items subject to the Order Processing provisions outlined above.
